You have accessed OSHPD’s Internet Hospital Quarterly Reporting System (iHQRS), which is designed to simplify the preparation and submission of your Hospital Quarterly Financial and Utilization Report for the calendar quarter ended March 31, 2000 and beyond. We developed iHQRS to implement the expanded quarterly reporting requirements specified in Hospital Manual Transmittal Letter No. 8 (October 1998). This Manual update added the reporting of financial and utilization data associated with patients enrolled in managed care health plans.

To avoid a $100 per day penalty for late filing, Quarterly Reports must be submitted within 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter.

For optimal viewing, we recommend a screen resolution of at least 1024x768.
